Picked up this Shapez-esque automation puzzle on a whim, and I'm working my way through the puzzles. Sometimes it takes a bit, but when a solution clicks, its very satisfying.

I've been having fun with the short visual novel Billionaire Lovers, which doubles as a paranoia simulator. It's about an MC who unexpectedly inherits $100 million and suddenly has a lot of hot guys in their life being especially nice and/or clingy. It's light on the romance side, but I found the reveals fun and I especially like how quickly the game can end if you're not paying attention.

My only gripe is the MC gets addicted to an annoying Gacha game on multiple routes and I appreciate they were making a point but it was tedious to RP a loot box addict.

If you like VNs that go off the beaten path, this one's a no-brainer at $3 and 2-4 hours playtime. This was an impulse buy based on title and the promise of being scammed. Would definitely get scammed again.

Playing a bit more Ender Lilies. I reached Gerrod the Elder and he's a spongy fella, so I wore him down but not far enough.

I'm supposed to be taking a break from Farm Together 2 but whenever I'm tired or don't have much time I'll jump in and grind out a few medals.

I recently learned many of the tiles and objects have color variants, which is very exciting and unlocks many decorating possibilities.

I'm currently in the process of reworking my flower gardens. I keep flowers with unlockables close to my house, but when they stop unlocking things I move them farther out to be harvested whenever there's a quest.

Rogue-FP is a cool FPS version of Rogue. I had fun running around in this. I ultimately prefer Brogue but this is a good time.

I gave Oxygen Not Included another go. I grabbed it a while back when I was in my factory/base building phase. I bounced off it the first time, and this time I did slightly better but still didn't really know what was going on. I'm not sure this game is really for me, but I'll probably give it one more try before I call it.

Completely taken in by Ender Lilies style and atmosphere. I started out playing on Steam Deck but switched to PC because I wanted to play on a larger screen. Pleased to play a metroidvania where I get a double-jump ability like first thing.

Discovered and overfed some more gordos, and now I officially have a pen of crystal slime to deal with. I tossed a bunch of pink slimes in the free range next to my main range, and they sometimes combine with the bomb slimes that escape but for the most part everything seems to be working out.

Unfortunately, the game continues to give me nausea despite messing with the graphics options and removing head bob, so this may be the end of the slime ranching adventure. I might give it a shot on my Steam Deck to see if the smaller screen helps.

How it's going. I made a bunch of bomb-rad largos. I found a few new vegetables and planted those bad boys immediately. I got the water slimes, and figured out they won't make plorts if you have more than 4 so I thinned them out (no more incineration, from now on slimes will be yeeted into the ocean as god intended). I also unlocked the lab, and built a mining device. 3 slime pens is really all i can handle without auto feeders, so i guess that's the next upgrade.

I tracked down some crystal slimes, but got kinda lost, and then tar slimes showed up you know how it goes. I haven't yet decided what to do with the crystal slimes. I have some phosphoro tabby largos that I no longer have a steady fruit supply for, and running them back and forth to the cave ranch seems like a PITA. Obviously this is what you're supposed to build teleporters for. I'll figure it out. I'll probably just yeet them.

I exploded a Gordo, and used the key to unlock the quarry, and now I'm into it. This area has several new slimes, including the bomb and rad slimes, which are a little more dangerous to ranch so I'm keeping them on adjacent property. These slimes are way more lucrative than the others, so I incinerated my pink largos (later realizing I probably could have just yeeted them off a cliff...) and experimented with making a rad bomb largo.

I'm having a hard time keeping these bad boys fed, so the plan is to set up a bank, stock up on plorts so I'll have whatever I need for quests, and yeet the rest of the largos to focus on the new slimes. I'm also gonna see if I can do something to increase my chickens beyond having a fully upgraded coop.

Anyway, it got its hooks into me now, yay!

Turning off head bob helps a lot.

Continuing to collect Largos. I am only interested in new slimes, and I haven't been finding any! I unlocked one area near the ranch and found more of the same. So IDK. I've kinda got my hands full with the 3 pens I have, and but plort prices keep dropping so I'd like to find something new and more lucrative.

I keep finding treasure pods I can't open, as well as gates I can't open. I also found Gordo slimes. But no new ranchable slimessss agasd

I tried Slime Rancher a few years ago and it didn't grab me. Trying it again, I have mixed feelings. Partly, because it makes me motion sick. But also because it feels really repetitive, and I play a lot of games with repetitive actions but for some reason it's different here.

I'm giving it a fair shake, though. I've got a chicken coop and garden going, and I've got two types of slimes I'm raising (ranching?). They say a big part of the fun is creating new types of slimes, so the next goal is to combine Tabbies and Rocks and go from there.

NNeed diamond

Decided to take a leetle break from Farm Together 2 after hitting level 36. There's still loads to do, I've only unlocked a fraction of the farmland and the town has tons of empty shops to fill, but I'd like to pace this one.

Keeping tabs on Patrick. Also continuing to do the thing. I've put aside my organized crop rows in favor of rotating crops based on whichever ones will unlock additional crops at higher levels. I also connected all my fish ponds, which is less aesthetically pleasing but it means you can harvest once instead of having to do each individually.

The terraforming feature is neat once you unlock it. It costs a few diamonds for each plot, and I used it to even out an uneven slope to make a nice flower garden. I've also taken to adding fences to my crop fields to help stop the auto-tractor if I'm not paying strict attention.

I continue to dislike livestock in this game, just because of the sheer volume required for quests, but this time they reduce the number of actual animal sprites per cluster which helps a lot. So instead of having 20 cows on 20 cow plots, you have like 10 cows on 20 plots. This game also has feeders but again, I'm not using them.

I did figure out sprinklers actually cover 9 tiles this time, which is AMAZING. So I've begun implementing those in my flower beds. At some point, I'm going to set up a large rotating crop bed and fill it with sprinklers for the random quest crops I don't already have fields for.
